Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt date. This gives you ample time to ensure your purchase meets your expectations.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and in original packaging
- Including all tags, accessories, and original documentation
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories and to ensure customer safety and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Antiques & Art (due to their unique, one-of-a-kind nature)
- Audio Equipment & Electronics (if opened and used)
- Books (to prevent copyright and hygiene concerns)
- Personal Care & Baby Care items (for health and safety reasons)
- Opened Camera equipment
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
Step-by-Step Return Process
1 Initiate Your Return Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
2 Receive Return Authorization
We’ll review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
3 Package Your Item
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include your Return Authorization Number inside the package.
4 Ship Your Return
Ship the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5 Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid with:
- Visa/MasterCard/JCB: Refunded to your card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
Want a different size, color, or product? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns
